Return and Refund Policy

No returned merchandise will be accepted without authorization. Shortages and damage claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Email or call to notify us of an issue with a product.

For personal apparel there are no returns or refunds unless the product is found to have a factory defective.  If a personal apparel is returned it must be unused. 

For Custom Personalized items our guarantee includes exchanges only. No refunds are available on personalized items. PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged.

Items without personalization may incur a restocking fee. We will reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns (non-personalized merchandise is excluded for shipping reimbursement). Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed; only ground services will be reimbursed. We will pay to ship authorized replacements via ground service only. Please place your gift order at least 3 weeks prior to event date to minimize Rush order and Rush Shipping charges. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 10 business days of delivery date No Exceptions.
